Luncheon Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a luncheon, call the club receptionist 904-461-1101 x227 or send an email to Suzanne.Ward@clubcorp.com by noon on the Monday (48 hrs) prior to the luncheon. �This allows us to accommodate those on the waiting list. (To see the detailed policy, click here)�

Guests Attendance at Luncheons

There will be no guest(s) permitted at our annual Holiday Luncheon in December and the April Art Show due to seating capacity.

For all other monthly luncheons, your guest will be placed on a waiting list until the Friday before our luncheon when it has been determined that all MCWA members wishing to attend have made their reservations.

Advertising�

We will only allow advertising for those individuals and/or businesses who sponsor or donate goods or services to our fundraising events.

Fundraisers�

All efforts will be made to work with members on refunds. �Please try to sell your reservation to another member, if possible. (To see the detailed refund policy, click here).
